Depending on the patient's individual needs, our plastic surgeon may recommend breast lift with implants to produce a younger-looking appearance while creating greater breast volume. Dr. Alexander can also help women who would like to increase the size of their breasts with breast augmentation ("augmentation mammaplasty"); this is done by inserting saline or silicone gel breast implants through an incision under the breast or around the nipple.
