For those who have previously undergone an unsatisfactory breast augmentation, Summerlin's Dr. Alexander can perform a breast implants exchange. Depending on the patient's particular case, the breast implants will be taken out and replaced either immediately or at a later date to allow time for healing. The most common reasons for requiring an implant replacement are implant deflation and implant rupture.
